Wessex Technology’s products are developed to rigorous design principles, ensuring ease of installation; they do not require complex set-up or on-site calibration.

The high levels of product reliability and robust software ensure little requirement for routine servicing or updates.  On-going in-territory customer support is provided by mail sorting equipment suppliers and their local partners.

Spare parts can be supplied and repairs can be undertaken directly if no service arrangements are in place through your sorter vendor – contact us.
