Wessex Technology Opto-Electronic Products Limited, the full company title of Wessex Technology, holds valid United Kingdom and Community Trademarks for WESSEX TECHNOLOGY in respect of goods and services across an extensive range of scientific, surveying, electric, telemetry, software, data analysis, photographic, optical, weighing and measuring apparatus. Full details of these registered Trademarks are available on the website of the United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office for the United Kingdom and the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OAMI) for the Community.

Wessex Technology has no connection with any part of an organization/company entitled Wessex Technology Group Plc (GROUP) which describes itself on its Internet website as a “Supplier and Contractor for the Ministry of Defence/Homeland Security and Others”.

Searches on Companies House databases in May 2008 show that GROUP was incorporated on 18th May 2003 and until December 2006 was known as Blue 5 Associates Limited. The company states in its filed Accounts for the period ended 31st March 2007 that it is a holding company.
